Accounts department

I've been leaving messages for the Accounts department from last month around the 25th, however I also get the same response. My contact details have been collected numerous times, not to mention me leaving messages on their communication platforms with no luck. All the messages promising feedback from the relevant department are never successful.

This is my last resort to getting help after waiting for more than 2weeks with no response.
