Absolute rude employee and no assistance

I have been with Intellicell since 2018, i have requested them to change my debit order date on numerous request with absolute no assistance, I have sent them a very rude email whereas they called me, shouted at me. I have dropped the call down after I have asked the employee to stop talking to me in a rude manner. She phoned about 6 times after that and I dropped the calls... They have suspended the phone number now and my husband is very ill, came out of hospital recently... I am cancelling my contract with immediate effect, for this lady was so rude and shouting me after I have the evidence by asking them to please change my debit order date.
