The poorest of services

Good day So after you tell us to hold the line you decided to drop the call in my ears and didn't even think about calling back until now

Your service is really bad.Every month I have to go thru the same thing with you guys and it angers me every time

Every month when I call after my phone is blocked I have to explain my query to a different agent that does guarantee me she or he is going to keep track of my account bt when I call then it's a different person

It's Soooo freaken frustrating to the point where I want to throw this phone away because its useless

The fact that you guys let me upgrade my phone after I paid it now you want to say it's in a rears How can you give a phone to a customer and now you want to say the first phone is in rears and because of that you are blocking the new ****ing one every time
