INTEC COLLEGE WAS MY WORST DECISION . Please do your research before falling into the trap like I did..
Don't be fooled by the name Intec College. It was a name I trusted, but today I have a completely different perspective. I registered with Intec College in 2023, and initially, the registration process was smooth. At the time, I felt excited and believed I was finally seeing my dreams unfold. Unfortunately, my experience changed. I struggled to get the support I needed, and when I decided to cancel my studies, I found the process frustrating and the assistance from staff was not helpful. I have now been left dealing with debt, despite having requested cancellation. I am sharing my experience in the hope that it helps anyone who is considering registering with Intec College. Please do your research carefully, understand the cancellation terms, and make sure you are comfortable with the support and processes before committing. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not want someone else to go through what I went through.

Bad service from Intec college
I app**** to study at intec college, i paid registration and 1 month after paying i requested for log in details received them but was never able to log in contacted everyone but the systems was down after a year still no access to the student portal, i contacted them again then they infomed me that the portal isbstill offline, i then saw they blacklisted me now i am struggling to get hold of them try to phone them numbers does not exist and the last one just rings i have sent communication for assistance but nothing i evens went as far as to request for a statement to make payment arrangements but also no response I think it is unfair to pay for a service you never received but what else can i do i need to clear my name i just need them to at least respond or send me account details to make payment so that i can clear my name from the system. Please advise on what i can do to resolve this matter...

I am still waiting for my refund since I deregistered with them in 2024 for their incompetence and I waa struggling with my student portal aswell with no help useless college still waiting for my refund my number is *** I need someone to contact me ASAP otherwise I won't stop taking this further to skhipha amafiles

Intec college is the worst
I have been studying with them for 6 years and I still haven’t received my national diploma certificate in educare. Their head office is based in Cape Town so I have been communicating with them via emails Now they have recently stopped replying to me and it’s so frustrating because I have paid already for my certificate and I have submitted my documents. No one seems to help me with this situation. Ingrid and sumaya who was supposed to help me have stopped replying to my emails I’m so fed up of this ********* college There is no else who can help me I email them every single day
