Bad service from Intec college

I app**** to study at intec college, i paid registration and 1 month after paying i requested for log in details received them but was never able to log in contacted everyone but the systems was down after a year still no access to the student portal, i contacted them again then they infomed me that the portal isbstill offline, i then saw they blacklisted me now i am struggling to get hold of them try to phone them numbers does not exist and the last one just rings i have sent communication for assistance but nothing i evens went as far as to request for a statement to make payment arrangements but also no response

I think it is unfair to pay for a service you never received but what else can i do i need to clear my name i just need them to at least respond or send me account details to make payment so that i can clear my name from the system.

Please advise on what i can do to resolve this matter...
