Every team member I interacted with was professional, patient, and always ready to assist whenever I needed help. I completed the NQF Level 4 General Business Management course, and I was impressed with how well-structured it was. All the study material was provided, and the layout made learning so much easier. The website and student portal are user friendly and simple to navigate, which really helped me stay organised and on track. After struggling for years to find the right way to study, IBM finally gave me hope. I can now proudly say I’m close to earning a qualification with my name on it.
