********* TV installers ripped me off.

InstallersNearMe has the worst customer service. They quoted me a rough figure to install connect the TV in my apartment. All went well until they presented me the bill of R3,874. I queried it and was told that they needed to install a switch which was R1,999. I contested that I should have been told so that I could raise it with the landlord or even decline the extra expense. Anyway, I paid the bill assuming I could recover the switch cost from the landlord only to be told that by her that a switch was in fact available in the flat which the installers could have used. I called the very next day but they flatly refused to refund the switch saying it was now used (less than 24hrs). This ********* way to ****** money out of unsuspecting customers should have some recourse. Beware of InstallersNearMe and rather use a more reputable company.
