Failing to make payments to COJ

The worst property management company. We have not had power for +2 days at Etude in Midrand. COJ had disconnected the power due to non payment from Inspired. They are failing to take responsibility and make payment, now we are the ones suffering even though we pay rent on time without any issues.

This is the worst place to stay at, I can’t wait to move out of this **** place.
