Excellent service and exceptional assistance
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Brandon from Inspired Management for the excellent service and assistance he provided when my geyser unexpectedly burst. From the moment I contacted him, Brandon was professional, understanding and extremely helpful. He immediately assisted with the process, took ownership of the matter and arranged for the necessary steps to be taken, which removed a great deal of stress from an already stressful situation. What stood out to me most was his kindness, calm manner and willingness to help. Good customer service is not only about resolving a problem — it is also about how a person makes you feel while doing so. Brandon treated me with understanding and reassurance, and I truly appreciated that. Thank you, Brandon, for going the extra mile and for making a difficult situation much easier to manage. Portfolio Assistant Supervisor Gcinani Plaatjies Hung Up on Me During My Query
I am disappointed by the customer service I received from Gcinani Plaatjies, Portfolio Assistant Supervisor at Inspired Management. I contacted Inspired Management to seek assistance regarding my account and to discuss a possible way forward. Instead of receiving professional customer service, I found Ms Plaatjies to be rude and dismissive throughout the conversation. While I was still explaining my situation and asking for assistance, she ended the call before my query had been resolved. Being hung up on while trying to discuss an important matter was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. As a Portfolio Assistant Supervisor, I expected professionalism, patience and a willingness to assist. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and treated without courtesy or respect. I understand that my account is in arrears, and I was not asking for my debt to be written off. I was simply trying to engage constructively and understand my options. Regardless of a customer’s financial situation, every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and professionalism. I hope Inspired Management investigates this incident and reminds its staff that respectful communication and professional customer service are essential, especially when dealing with customers who are trying to resolve difficult financial matters.

Poor management
Am really dissapointed. With ur management from walford estate in midrand Every weekend theres one unit that makes noice for all of us we can even sleep they dont respect the complex rules at all. The securities arent doing anything about it. @all is well security management
