Estate Mismanagement blaming COJ for not making payments.

This organization is completely appalling. Living on one of their sites in Midrand. Etude at Cresent Glades Estate.

In one year this is the 3rd time we have been disconnected by city power due to non-payment. A lady by the name of Shantel Govender refuses to answer calls and they claim that there is no other line of authority above her for escalations.

I mean we have food spoiling, no hog water, no lights and yet we pay our rentals in time.
