Ceiling leak

I moved into a new unit in April, and reported ceiling leak on the body corporate app on 27 Sep for the en-suit bathroom of my unit. The leak is coming from the two units above my unit, which are empty and owned by M & T. Body corporate sent a plumber to come and assess the damage. They ceiling in my unit is close to breaking. The paint is chipping, water is dripping constantly running to the floor and now I am using a buckets to stop water from going further, the wall has bubble and it has spread to the 2nd bathroom, and the en-suit bathroom stinks. I have had several back and forth communication and they have not been helpful in the process. Very disappointing to see that they are not pushing the developer to take responsibility, whilst my unit is a mess.
