Awful service

My matter would have probably been resolved if I was from a different ethnic group . You sent an overstated Levy statement to the rental agency and now they paid you all the money , including what’s due to me . I want my money , the fact that credit notes were done on SAP does nothing to my bank account . So send my money and don’t bother me with phone calls from people that seen annoyed to be at work . I am also annoyed at having to deal with you but Etude chose you and we stuck with you . Also your levies seem tampered with , are you trying to recover something through the minority that still bother paying?
