1 star is too much

This company is involved in the management of a residential complex, and unfortunately, their service delivery, and communication is beyond poor. It is sad that giving them even 1 star is too much as they are totally *********** and drag their feet on the simplest of matters such as roof repairs or submitting insurance claims. It takes 5 people from the company to become involved in an issue, and not a single one of their employees has the competence to at least try and resolve the matter or even have the decency to respond to follow up emails.
