Stay away from this dealership!!!

I bought a BMW from them in December 2022. It was sold to me with 4 (alleged) run flat tyres (note no spare is sold with the car because of the run flat tyres) and I was assured it had gone through the standard Dekra and roadworthy tests. When I went to collect the car, I noticed that there was a bad chemical stain on one of the headlights, which wasn't there when I test drove the car. The salesman, Max, arranged for me to get the headlight sanded and cleaned which was kind but delayed my hour and half trip home in peak hour. Why was the car not checked pre-delivery? Whilst driving home, the sun was in my eyes so I lowered the sun visor. It came off in my hand. On the highway, I was doing 120km/h and the car started shuddering so badly I had to slow down to 100km. I phoned the salesman who said it was probably the wheel alignment or balancing. As I was doing a long trip the following day, I decided to take it to a tyre company to test the alignment and balancing. They were shocked to find the tyres were different sizes and only 2 were run flat. (How did it pass the roadworthy, one has to ask??) It ended up costing me R6700 to replace the 2 non run flat tyres and to do the wheel alignment. If I had gone on that trip with no spare wheel (travelling alone!) and had a puncture on one of the non run flats it would have been very serious. I have left countless messages for the Dealer Principal (Ahmed) to call me (he's never available!!) but have not enjoyed the courtesy of a call back. The salesman had the gall to tell me they also have to spend some money on the car I traded in (note car was immaculate and had a full service at the dealership the day before trade in). He alleged that my trade in had left him stranded on the highway as the fuel pump was faulty. I had driven that car daily to work and back and never had a single moment of trouble. He also alleged that they needed to replace the rear brake light housing as water had gotten in and I should have told them. This was not my fault as they had left my car outside in the rain for days during one of Gauteng's worst rain bouts and it could only have happened then. Regardless, they gave me peanuts as a trade-in on my car and are now trying to point out justifying why they don't need to reimburse me for the non-existent run flat tyres. To my mind, this is *****. You sell a car that has runflats and provide a car that doesn't. The salesman is now also ignoring my messages. Stay away from purchasing a vehicle here, you will only end up disappointed.
