Shoddy Business

I recently bought a vehicle on the 12 Dec 2019, from the dealership and the service received in the process is short of amazing. Collection of the car was delayed due to the salesperson not taking the car to be serviced, the windscreen which I had pointed out needed replacement was not done and eventually was forced to take the car due to work commitments that needed my attention. I then requested that they state on mail when they will fulfil their obligations to me and that was communicated with no set date but promised to make sure the car is serviced and the windscreen is fitted. To date that has not happened. I have written emails to the dealer and have received no response whatsoever.

When I collected the car, I inquired from the salesperson whether the car was previously in an accident and the salesperson assured me that it was not and he can vouch for it. Upon close inspection over the holidays, I noticed that there was something a little offish with the way the car looked. I took it to where I was my car at Mall@Reds, Sparkle car wash which also does some bodywork on cars to verify my suspicions. I can confidently state the car which I was sold and assured was not in an accident was previously involved in an accident and the front of the car, including the bonnet. Many signs show this car was damaged. And so, I would like to know the recourse to be sold a rebuilt car from a trusted dealership like Inspectacar.
