Poor, arrogant attempt at service

Two weeks ago I bought a Nissan Navara from Lifestyle Motors Inspectacar in Centurion. I should have walked away when the salesman, Gerhard Pretorius, eventually admitted that the vehicle in the advert was actually one that had been sold two weeks earlier. Anyway, the sale went ahead and the vehicle was collected. We discovered it had an oil leak, even though it had been through their much vaunted 160 point check! It was collected and delivered back six days later. The oil leak is now a little worse! When asked if they could collect the vehicle and sort out the problem, Gerhard recommended we call Roadside Assistance, as Lifestyle were not prepared to collect. They would have another go, but I had to get the bakkie to them. (Bearing in mind that I am overseas and my wife has a full day job). The Inspectacar Head Office are just as useless and have yet to respond to three mails, the MD included. I'll have the vehicle repaired at a Nissan Agent, who at least are qualified in this field. Avoid this company at all costs. They have zero after sales service. When they see the vehicle's taillights, their commitment is over. Anyone who wants to see the entire mail trail is welcome to contact me.
