Poor and Unprofessional

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently bought a vehicle from Lifestyle motors in Centurion which was on the 25th of August 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>After all the paperwork was completed, I was then informed that I will get the road worthy certificate and the rest of the legal documents concerning this vehicle in 5 days from the day I left. Well I understood nland left.</p> <p> </p> <p>With that done, 5 days passed and I called to check with the dealer as to how far is the progress and I was then told 8 days not five. That also passes. I then visited the dealer personally and spoke to the administrator who is said to be dealing with such documents and she then told me I have to wait 7 days. Clearly so far I don't know correctly as to how long do I really have to wait for my document to be available as everyone I speak to gives me a different waiting period.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Today I did call this dealer once more and after leaving a number of messages to be called back by the sales rep who was helping me, I am told the whole time that he is too busy to call me back </p> <p> </p> <p>This is really frustrating as it's holding my business back as I bought this vehicle as to begin my small business of which currently lifestyle motors it's making it impossible for me to get started as I can't get started without those documents being available to me.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I would highly appreciate if you could help me to get my documents from this dealer as currently all I can think of is maybe the vehicle I bought could happen to be a ****** vehicle as I find no reason why should these documents take so long if all is legit.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your assistance will be highly appreciated.</p>
