PATHETIC service delivery!!!!

<p>I bought a car in October last year, there have been numerous faults on the car. Also, there was no extra key, service book or even an operations manual. I havent been able to drive my car for the past week due to a major noise coming from the engine, when I took it back to the dealership they said that they can book it in but it sounds like a belt or cambelt issue (even though the car went for a service before I bought it). I escalated the issue to head office and only received a reply saying that 'the customer never took her car for a service at 100 000km's'. I sent proof that my car is only at 94 000 km's and I haven't received a response since then. DON'T EVER BUY A CAR FROM INSPECTACAR LIFESTYLE!!!! Once the sale goes through you are stuck with a car that you have to repare yourself and they are just missing, but o boy ready to do the next cash deal....ALWAYS!!!!</p>
