Inspectarcar Lifestyle Motor Centurion Horrible Service

I had an interest in buying a car from Inspectacar Lifestyle MOTORS in Centurion and got the worst service ever. The car I wanted had a few things that needed to be worked on which I wasn't going to buy the car if they weren't fixed. Sales man being sales man advised that they would have them fixed as soon as I put down a deposit which I did. As if that was not enough the person that was handling my finance application didn't contact me to ask for options that I wanted the car to be financed instead I got a congratulations email with a whooping rediculous 18.99% fixed rate for 72 months. When I told them I won't proceed with the purchase only then they submit my application to a different financing institution. As if that was not an insult; I was the one calling them for follow ups instead of them keeping me abreast. The manager had no apathy instead he was all about protecting his staff, he told me I won't get my full deposit instead there's going to be cancelation fees. And I asked what cancelation fee because I did not sign any contract, let alone get the car out of the dealership.

The service I experienced was horrible and would never advise anyone to purchase a car from them.
