INSPECTACAR CENTURION - COMPLETE DISHONEST AND RIP-OFF!!!!

Do not ever go to this dealer, I bought a vehicle last week, they illigaly charged me R4500 "Service & Delivery Fee" Finance and admin fee R1300

Pre- Delivery check R1250 - The vehicle was "pre-checked" but reverse light NOT working, fog light globe hanging out from under the car! Bumper loose on driver side! Chip on windscreen, which my insurance rejected to except for inspection!! Fitting missing on windscreen! Wat do I pay pre-inspection for????? I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THIS!!!! THIS SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE VEHICLE PRICE!!

Franchise fee R1000 - ?????????? I MUST PAY FOR A DEALER FRANCHISE, REALLY????? FOR WHAT REASON????????????????? I COMPLETELY REFUSE!!!!!

Valet R 650 - IF I WANTED A VALET, I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR IT, WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THIS??? I REFUSE!!!!!

After reading the inspection report for insurance, they listed the vehicle as a rebuilt!!!! ***???? I DO NOT WANT A REBUILT CAR, IF I WANTED A REBUILT I WOULD HAVE PAID HALF THE PRICE!!! I HAVE LAID A COMPLAINT AT NCR AS WELL AS WESBANK about this dealer! If this vehicle is a rebuilt which NONE of the sales people disclosed to me, I want this vehicle cancelled, if it is not, I want a full refund of the Service and Delivery fees, the only thing I will pay for is the fuel for delivery! Nothing else!! People please check your quotes and fight for these charges, it is NOT allowed to be added onto your bill!!! I will take this further, totally un-exceptable!!!
