Inspectacar Centurion be careful
On the 23rd December our vehicle was delivered. On the 24th we complained about an oil leak between the engine and gearbox. We distinctly told the salesman we are not happy and to please cancel the deal and give our car aswell as the balance that was paid in cash. The salesperson told us he will speak to sales manager. They informed us to take car to garage to be fixed. As all garages were closed for festive season, and I was rushed via ambulance to hospital in a coma , we waited till after the festive season and I was out of hospital. The worst was our vehicle was now standing as we could not use it. We had to borrow a vehicle to enable my husband to collect ne from hospital. On the 3rd we gave the garage a local garage's telephone no. The sales manager spoke to garage and asked for them to fix the car. The phone was on speakerphone . The vehicle was taken to garage for repairs. Inspectacar Lifestylemotors Centurion, never returned our calls to them. As we are both working some distance from home, and I'm different direction, I had more transport to work. I had to either walk 10 km or take a lift on the back of a bakkie. I am not a child I am 64 years old. Once the vehicle was repaired the garage phoned the Sales manager at inspectacar for payment. That is where the trouble started. Inspectacar Lifestylemotors Centurion then refused to pay the bill. Yhen the sales manager started phoning me to pay the bill, but as I did not buy an as is vehicle, I refused as he personally gave the instructions to fix the vehicle. The sales manager words to me was 'we will drag it out as long as possible as we do have the money, and you will just be without a vehicle. I phoned Wesbank, as the underwriters of Inspectacar, but they were not really interested nor help full. It's now a month later, they paid R9500 towards the repairs and I must pay the R2500. I had to send the courier company to collect the change of ownership documents from them. There is NO COR, IN other words this 101 point check that they rave upon do not exists. They are totally dishonest , and very far from our clients home first. Now if a car gives you so much grieve after 200km what will happen after R2000 km. To the sakes manager of Inspectacar Lifestylemotors Centurion, you are dishonest and will never change. I will never ever buy a wheelbarrow from you. Hope you can live with what you did to old people. Dishonest personal
