I purchased a vehicle frim Centurion Branch. It had 4 run down tyres and passed a roadworth that was done by them. The battery needed to be replaced and left me stranded next to the road. The vehicle was claimed to be a one owner car, but found out that I am the 3 rd owner after the purchase. They promised to make good in the costs that I incurred, but with empty promises. How did this vehicle pass roadworthy?
