Horrible customer service and poor support

This company is unreachable and does not respond when their services are down despite its claims of having a "support team". My company has been left stranded without emails for several days. The Inslyhost cellphone number goes unanswered despite numerous attempts made to contact them. Inslyhost have not return any of my calls either. Their landline number doesn't ring. The company has also failed to respond to my email. This has had a negative impact on my business and its reputation. By far the worst service I've ever experienced from any web hosting service provider.
