Bad service very arrogant and dishonest
"This girl is very rude and arrogant. Yesterday, when my mother wanted to speak in isiZulu, she immediately said she could only speak English. I had already made the full payment, including the delivery fee, yet she kept messaging me on WhatsApp demanding an additional R50 for delivery. She did not even take the time to check properly whether I had paid. A few minutes later, she discovered that the payment had in fact been made. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, she sent a rude voice note and made disrespectful comments about my situation. I found her attitude unprofessional and disrespectful
