Unreliable and inconsistent

Clearly over subscibed in Newmarket Alberton Poor connectivity in peak times. Nothing but excuses when you complain. Staff have terrible attitude and a refuses to acknowledge there are issues. I told them I'd be adding to their long list of unsatisfactory reviews and they simply rep**** they have ways and means of removing reviews... Clear indication they couldn't be bothered about customer service whatsoever. They have the contracts with many complexes in the area and have the monopoly, therefore feel they're invincible.
