For the past 4 days I have not had any internet connection. I have logged complaints on frogfoot website as well as my isp, innovative networks. My isp has made attempts to reach out to my and try to troubleshoot but frogfoot ONLY assists me when I go to a social media platform to complain. I just got off the phone with them again now at 18:15 on a Friday night. They are still “waiting for the isp to come back to them” between the two I can’t decide who’s worse. It has now come to light that innovative networks have been providing me a service for a year under the wrong account details as well. I’m really tired of the back and forth and I just want this contract cancelled IMMEDIATELY!
