Worst Service I Have Ever Experienced."So Many Empty Promises "

<p>Had a phone gone in for a simple screen replacement and got told to comeback "tomorrow" three days in a row.</p> <p>Above of that received a promise that they'll send the phone to me via courier. Well lets just say that never happened .</p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually when i did received the phone I saw the screen started lifting off of the body after 3 days and light was escaping from the sides and the vibration did not work.</p> <p> </p> <p>One would expect paying their premium price that you will get a professional service.</p> <p>After I took the phone back to head office the Saturday and was promised that it will be fixed by one of the techs him self by Monday morning and to my expectations the unfulfilled promises continued. "ALWAYS WITH THAT TOMORROW EXCUSE" .</p> <p> </p> <p>I Wont be dealing any business or referring anyone to them any time soon.</p>
