they destroyed my well working phone

I took my IPhone 6 to them because it was not charging properly. sometimese it was giving an error message.<br> they told me that they would haveto replace the charging dock on the phone<br> when I took it back instead of giving me an error sometime the phone was giving me the same error all the time<br> <br> I took the phone back to them and the technician that worked on the device told me that they originally did not change the charge doc but just repaired it<br> he sais I would not have to pay any extra<br> <br> when I phone them to collect the phone they told me they could not repair because there is a problem with the motherboard . they said the phone was working but it was giving an error message when charging.<br> they would refund me the 500 rand originally charged but they could not fix it<br> <br> when I got it back the phone was dead...dead , dead , dead<br> <br> I reported it to the manager and he said he would investigate it and 5 days later he still has not made any contact with me.<br> <br> I think its disgraceful that people can damage a 16.000 rand device and get away with it<br> <br> BEWARE OF THEM<br> <br> <br>
