Dont be fooled by false advertising

I had taken my iphone6+ to Innovatec Repair for the replacement of the LCD and Casing, i was told it will cost +/- 6800 to repair which i found rediculous as the value of the phone is about 9k so i had the option of Recycling the phone which i received a quote of 2000 which i found will benefit so that i am not loosing totally. <br> <br> I drove all the way from the East Rand to Sandton expecting to get my R2000 as per the quote provided. The questioner only ask to complete the type of phone, the series and the condition, either new, Good Condition or Broken/Faulty. So i opted for broken and faulty as that what the phone is. Then i get to the store and they would like to verify what i said was true on their website. I can verify the phone is broken and faulty but nowthey offer me R500. BEWARE OF THIS BUNCH OF PEOPLE, THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND WILL NEED TO BE BROUGHT TO CONSUMER BOARD & ICASA. I had requested to speak to a superior who is the Director but refuses to approach his client.
