I paid for replacing a fusing unit and they tried to install a used fusing unit without telling me it was used. It was my luck that I walked passed the technician before the install and saw the used part beside him so I asked and he said that it is refurbished, I refused and asked for my money back. It's been six weeks many excuses and promises to pay the refund and still don't have my money back. Their name and website gives you the impression they are big but this is a small shop, even street vendors have better business etiquette. I should have read the reviews before doing business with them and saved myself time and money!
