Towing charges not reimbursed - 193994

Authorisation number 193994 has reference.

My car went in for an injector repair. Innovation group accordingly approved the injector repair to the value of R2000 to which I received the money of. Included in the claim and supporting invoice email was towing cost of R500. I never received my reimbur*****t for the towing charges.

When I phoned innovation group, they accordingly indicated that as long as the R500 is included on the invoice, they will reimburse me for it. I never received this R500.

Can I please request that I be reimbursed ASAP?!
