not paying for the service done

this company gave me work to do to their client I did it with success and when they have to pay me they didn't.i spoke to CEO Innocent he have been promising to pay every day I called but he have been telling no truth. I spoke to him several times about this but he is not doing any thing about it

I feel like I must take him to the justice system of South Africa now
