DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Why when Innovate promises to replace a machine they just don't. I purchased a refurbished printer, from day one there were issues, I have proof on email that this machine was to be replaced. Its gone 3 months now and no word from them. I got to find out from a qualified technician that the drums, developing unit and transfer unit has not been replaced. This is going to cost a whole lot. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ***** AND ****** NAMELY, SAM AND INNOCENT. I HAVE CCD NUMEROUS PEOPLE AS WELL THAT WORK FOR iNNOVATE, Silindile Happy Zwane, melanie, ryan AND ARE ALL AWARE OF THIS ,BUT REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING.
