Do Not Be Fooled!

Shocking company, poor customer service, poor quality copiers. Empty promises, we have had 4 different copiers in the last 2 years from Innovate, the last one has had to be repaired with refurbished parts more than 5 times. Each time breaking for the same reason. Instead of them saying there is a problem and saying they will replace the machine, they let us continue to work with the ******* they have left us with. Absolutely disgusting how there business is run and how they treat paying customers. Stay away from them and there terrible product.
