Disgusting Service from INNOVATE GROUP

Our Company had a projector installed from Innovate Group. Which they had only installed 3 weeks after ordering always having an excuse for delaying. I dealt with Melanie Govender, I have not heard from her since the installation. It's been 3 weeks now, the projector was installed UPSIDE DOWN and no remote. Nor Samuel nor Melanie are responding to my emails and refuse to take my calls. Please avoid them. I've never in my life dealt with such stupidity.
