Bad Service !!!

<p>Bought a printer with a maintenenance contract from them - the machine has been broken from day 1 and the do not seem to be able to fix !!!</p> <p>Left me without a printer for a week now with dayly promises that they would deliver - lying through their teeth !!!</p>
