Bad service

<p>To Whom it may concern</p> <p>I am a business owner looking to reduce my telecoms bills monthly, i decided to try the voip route. We found Innovate Group in Midrand whom seemed to offer the solution? A deposit of over 10k was paid on the 29/05/2017 to Innovate group. Two months have since passed without even a so sorry we cannot assist yet??? Just the customer having to chase them and be the reciepient of empty promises.</p> <p>The most frustrating part was that the CEO (Innocent) handled my sales presentation? He was running with my project? I was not even able to telephone one of the superior people at Innovate to light a fire under someones ****!!!!! Because is was already dealing with the chief in charge!!!!! Pathetic service</p> <p>After begging these people to come and do the installations, i have now reverted to asking for a refund. We wait with abbated breath to see what will transpire next.</p> <p>Still R10k out of pocket</p> <p>If you are looking for voip solutions, PLEASE do not look at these people.</p>
