Very very poor service.

Liberty moved my policy to INN8 without my consent. I have given INN8 an instruction and am now in week 5 and my instruction still has not been actioned. I called their call centre and was just fobbed off. I asked to speak to a manager and its now almost 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for a manager to call me. They boast about world class service. What a joke. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star.
