Slow and *********** Investment Platform

Requested a TFSA transfer on the 15th of June 2026. Today is the 13th of August 2026 and INN8 still has not provided me with the relevant documents or any form of update regarding the transfer process. I have asked for multiple updates via email and phone calls, and there have still been no updates regarding the transfer. I will be logging a formal complaint with them soon and take legal action if I see no further movement
