Unpaid policy

Good morning to whom it may concern,

On the 4th of July 2019, I claimed a funeral policy for my father's death, with infussion

On the 5th July 2019, I send all the documents they requested, and they came back to me and say they have received all the documents and the money will be paid within 48 hours, I waited and the money wasn't paid, and they didn't even bother to call me, I then done a follow up on the 9th July 2019, then they came up with stories that I am in arears, when I ask why because they were deducting from my salary, they started to say they were only deducting the money for hospitality only for myself , I don't have a premium of which when I started to claim they didn't tell me , they checked and ask me to send documents, they also advised that I will receive the money in 48 hours,

Hellopeter kindly assist me to get my money, I made funeral arrangements on debts hoping to get money from my funeral policy with infussion, I need to pay them now.
