Unauthorised credit life insurance replacement linked to RSA Debt (NCRDC4552)
I am writing this review regarding Infussion Financial Services / Infussion Brokers (FSP 35953 / 48548). In July 2026, RSA Debt / Tay-yibah Booley (NCRDC4552) placed me under debt review without my proper informed consent. As part of that process, they appointed Infussion Brokers to cancel and replace my existing credit life insurance policies. I never requested, consented to, or was properly informed about any insurance replacement. I only agreed to a savings assessment with RSA Debt and cancelled the debt review process within two days. Despite this, documents were generated appointing Infussion to handle the cancellation and replacement of my credit life cover. I have never spoken to anyone from Infussion, nor did I give them permission to act on my behalf. I have already lodged a formal complaint with the National Credit Regulator and with RSA Debt. I am now also requesting Infussion Financial Services / Infussion Brokers to: 1. Immediately cancel any new credit life or related policies taken out in my name. 2. Confirm in writing that no insurance replacement was finalised. 3. Assist in restoring my original credit life cover if it was cancelled. I never authorised Infussion to act on my behalf. Please Assist urgently
I received a call from infusion financial service stating that since I have been over charged they can decrease my instalment to the amount of R8000.00 and I agreed and signed the documents and the following day,the phoned me stating that they can decrease it to the amount of R7000.00 and I went to the bank to cancel the 1st one for R8000.00 and and requested them to cancel the process hence my husband is denying me to continue with them and I have been approved for the amount of R195000.00 at Directaxis and when trying to settle my credit card ,I was told that it has been placed under dept review and I stopped them to continue, And Directaxis promised to pay my Revolving loan,credit card,game account, Rsc account. Truworths and identity but when I check with them ,they did not manage to pay hence account is under dept review.please assist in order to be cancelled as I have to repay Directaxis back
