Unhappy client, no Service Rendered

my late mother had a funeral policy with iNFUSSION Financial Services, I have been trying to claim from her policy, but am unsuccessful as they do not have working phone number. I called their underwriter Lion Of Africa Insurance and they gave me the same number *** that I have and that is not working. when I asked the consultant to give me the correct number, he told me to keep trying the same number that is not in service.

I need them to contact me urgently as I have exhausted my resources and don't know how to reach them. I thought having a policy was supposed to ease the burden of the bereaved and not to put more stress on them by making them run around as headless chickens with no direction.

As for Lion Of Africa being and underwriter and not have the contact details of their insurer, this is so appalling .

Please assist with getting back to me or giving me the contact number that works for me to contact your office and lodge a claim.
