Misrepresentation. Misleading Telephone communication.

Yho this company almost ****med me today. Should they deduct any money from my account, I am opening a ***** case. What they did is a misrepresentation. The lady called me pretending she is calling from the National Credit Regulator and they detected that I am overpaying on my interest rate with my creditors. She said she will reduce the interest rates I am charged and I will pay less. I got suspicious when the lady she transferred me to rushed mt to quickly complete signing the documents and send her certain documents. After I asked, I found out they are DEBT COUNCILLORS! IMAGINE. They wanted to put me on debt review without me realising such. At no stage did she mention anything about debt review or counciling. At no stage did she mention the implications that come with being under debt review!
