Funeral Claim

Im filling a funeral claim but they are giving me run arounds telling me they want a deceased stamp on the deceased ID. I have never seen this before and I buried people. I have never had to do this with other funeral service providers. I have provided everything they needed, the consultant Matilda even spoke with an officer because all documents were certified and did not understand what they wanted, home affairs would have done this if was procedure. I'm mourning and running around for a unknown stamp because I need to settle the funeral debt
