Disappointed client

So saddened by the way this company operates. Their agent called me and explained that they help to reduce the debts and negotiate with our creditors. My question was what are they expecting me to pay for that, but the lady said nothing and they are registered under NCR and appointed by the government. I gave her go ahead to my suprise my bank account is freezed by them without being informed.is a long weekend I can't move and buye grocery. I am so hungry . I don't want anything to die with them anymore they are bad news from the start. They must leave me and my debt because I can't be controlled by them in such a waste that I starve. They're not good at all for the fact that not everything wase revealed to me. I have funeral policies they never told me about. The list of disappointment is endless. from hungry disappointed client
