Bad service experience. Funeral cover it's an emergency. You can't just ignore me about this matter

Story of my life. I have been with infusion for 8 years paying my police's without a fail however I received sms on the 22/09/23 that my police's have been cancelled because of non payment.

I have proof of all the payments and send them emails to find out how come they get to cancel without even calling me to find out why my account is in arrears so then I can produce proof of payment. I have been sending emails since 22/09/23 for assistance but no one is willing to help or even replying to my emails. I need this sorted out immediately because as far as I know I have never skipped my premiums.
