Worst battery shop to buy from

Worst after sales ever! I own a Battery shop and we have bought some batteries from them to resell and the quality of the batteries are very poor although it comes with 12 month warranty they barely last 3 months and when you send for a claim they make you wait months and still do nothing about it. They should instead rather sell their batteries without warranty or not sell batteries at all.
