Worst after sales service

We purchased a battery from this branch in October 2024 but had to return it as it did not fit our vehicle. They exchanged it for a different battery, which we later had to return because it was faulty. When we brought it back, they claimed the battery was fine. However, an independent battery centre tested it and confirmed it was faulty and completely dead. Despite this, the store charged the battery and refused to provide a replacement. Now, in February 2025, our car won’t start again. Two separate battery centres have confirmed that the battery is not holding a charge. Yet, this store refuses to honour the warranty, claiming they cannot reprint receipts and will not assist without one. This practice is unacceptable, as most reputable battery centres keep a purchased register linked to the buyer and their vehicle. It appears this company deliberately avoids honouring warranties to avoid replacements. For your peace of mind, DO NOT BUY from this store.
