Infinity Battery - *******!

I bought a battery from Infinity which is under a year old. This battery has a 2 year warranty. I went to the Berea Road branch in Durban and they refused to honor the warranty, claiming pole damage. One could barely notice the dent on the pole. They did not test the battery but concluded that the dent contributed to a dead cell and hence a defective battery - I will investigate this further. The possibility of pole dents are high, purely due the nature of removing and replacing battery terminals. I can only assume that this is an easy-out, for their poor-quality battery.
