Infinity battery
I give them a zero rating. They sell dud deep cycle batteries and do not honour their 12 month guarantee, with every excuse as to why not. This I've found out is common practice with customer's who have purchased these batteries from them. Unfortunately I bought these batteries and only when the batteries weren't working properly, was I told by different battery shop's, that these were inferior batteries, that the company is very suspect with how they operate business

As per the company's communication with you regarding this matter, You did acknowledge that the battery terminal was damaged by you .You Claimed you had touched the terminal mistakenly with a tool which caused the battery terminal to melt .Due to what happened the battery terminal melted and moved out of its position. Due to this the battery had an internal short which stopped it from working .Unfortunately our batteries like most products come with a warranty that covers manufacture faults ,in your case the reason for the battery to stop working was due to negligence. As per our emails to you ,we are still willing to offer you a discount on another battery .
